LRW can help you control your perishable tooling inventory.

TOOL DESIGN:  Design the tool for your specific application if a standard tool will not do the job. We will work with you until the tool performs to your satisfaction.

BLANKET ORDERS: After the tool is designed and your usage is determined a blanket order is set up and you pay as you use the tools. We will set up blankets of three to six months whatever works best for you.

RECONDITIONING:  If your tool can be reconditioned without going under your dimensional requirements we will set up a reconditioning plan for you. You can send them to us or if you are in our local area we can pick them up we will inspect them and determine whether they can be reconditioned. If they can be reconditioned we will grind them to like new condition and return them to you along with any scrap tools we find.
